This real estate program will give you access to two percent of the Realtor’s three percent commission to be used in any way you choose…towards closing costs or in cash at closing on any new home, anywhere in Texas! This rebate does not interfere in any way with any incentive the builder is offering. This rebate is in addition to builder incentives! Rebates are also available for Pre-existing homes, town houses, condo and patio homes.
